idcjoker Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document governs the rights and obligations of users and idcjoker as the service provider. By accessing or using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms. Please read each section carefully before registering or making a transaction.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the services provided by idcjoker, you legally declare that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority recognized by the laws applicable in your region of residence. Users who do not meet the age requirement are strictly prohibited from using this platform in any form.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and idcjoker as the service provider. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services. Continued use of the service following any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of those changes.
idcjoker reserves the right to modify, update, or add to these terms at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to check this page periodically to stay informed of the current rules in effect.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Registering more than one account by the same individual is considered a violation and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts along with their balances. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and verifiable.
An identity verification process (KYC) is required before users can make withdrawals. Users must upload a valid identity document such as a current national ID or driver's license. idcjoker reserves the right to reject or delay verification if the documents provided do not meet the established standards.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their password confidential and their account secure. idcjoker will never ask for account passwords via email, text message, or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs through an account is considered the action of the account holder, unless there is clear evidence of unauthorized access that is reported in a timely manner.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact the idcjoker support team. Users are advised to use a strong password combination and to avoid reusing the same password across multiple platforms.
3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
Users must use idcjoker services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the applicable terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:
Fraud & Manipulation: Using software, bots, automated scripts, or other dishonest methods to gain an unfair advantage from the platform's systems.
Money Laundering: Using the platform to process transactions derived from illegal activities or attempting to conceal the origin of funds through deposit and withdrawal mechanisms.
Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or using unauthorized methods to claim bonuses or promotions beyond what is permitted by the applicable promotional terms.
Account Sharing: Granting another party access to your account or operating an account on behalf of someone else. Each account is personal and non-transferable.
False Information: Providing invalid identity data, forged documents, or misleading information during the registration or account verification process.
System Interference: Making any attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems, including attempted cyberattacks or exploitation of security vulnerabilities.
4. Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the idcjoker platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users are not charged any currency conversion fees as the entire financial system is designed to operate exclusively in IDR. Supported payment methods include local e-wallets (GoPay, OVO, Dana) and bank transfers to Indonesian national bank accounts (BCA, Mandiri, BRI, BNI).
Deposits made by users are final once confirmed by the system. idcjoker is not responsible for delays or transaction failures caused by disruptions to third-party systems such as banks or e-wallet providers. In such cases, users are advised to keep proof of the transaction and contact the support team with full transaction details.
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the account holder. idcjoker reserves the right to delay or cancel withdrawals if there is any indication of a terms violation, an incomplete verification process, or unmet bonus rollover requirements. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply as stated on the platform's finance page.
5. Account Policy: Suspension & Closure
idcjoker reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or close a user's account if there is evidence or strong suspicion of a violation of the applicable terms. Account closure may be carried out with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the identified violation.
In the case of a temporary suspension, the user will be notified via their registered email and given the opportunity to clarify the situation within a specified timeframe. If the clarification is unsatisfactory or not provided within the allotted time, the account may be permanently closed.
Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the idcjoker support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions are settled and there are no active disputes relating to the account. Any remaining balance that meets the withdrawal requirements will be returned to the user after the final verification process is complete.
6. Intellectual Property & Limitation of Liability
All content available on the idcjoker platform — including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, graphics, icons, games, and software code — is the property of idcjoker or the licensors working with us. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from idcjoker.
The brand name, logo, and visual identity of idcjoker are the exclusive property of the platform and are protected by applicable law. Unauthorized use of these elements may result in legal action in accordance with applicable regulations.
idcjoker is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform's services, including financial losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions made by the user.
The platform is provided as-is and idcjoker does not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption. Both scheduled and emergency system maintenance may cause temporary downtime, which will be minimized as much as possible.
7. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
idcjoker reserves the right to update this Terms & Conditions document at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. For changes that are material and significant, idcjoker will endeavor to provide notification via the registered email address or through an announcement on the platform. Users who continue to use the service after changes are published are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the updated terms.
These terms and any disputes arising from the use of idcjoker services are governed by applicable law. Links to third-party websites that may appear on the platform do not imply that idcjoker endorses or is responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.
